Fabio Gori is Chief Product and Marketing Officer at OnStak, where he leads the product direction and market positioning for the AI Portfolio. He joined OnStak in April 2026 after 26 years at Cisco, most recently as Vice President of Engineering Alliances in Cisco’s AI Infrastructure Engineering Team, following senior leadership roles at the Cisco Transformation Center and in Product & Solutions Marketing. His Cisco career spanned Europe and the United States and gave him a vantage point on technology adoption from both sides of the market — the service providers who build and deliver IT, and the enterprises that put it to work. He relocated his family from Europe to the US for the OnStak role. Gori joined OnStak to address what he calls a structural — not technical — gap in enterprise AI: “Pilots install AI. Production absorbs AI into their operating model.” That conviction anchors the AI Portfolio launch.
