Why Fabio Gori Joined OnStak and What We Have Launched Today

Pilots install AI. Production absorbs it into their operating model.

Today OnStak launches the AI Portfolio to close that gap.

A few weeks ago I joined OnStak as Chief Product and Marketing Officer, after 26 years at Cisco. The conviction that pulled me here is the conviction this launch sits on: AI is not another technology adoption cycle — it's a shift in the operating model of the business. The bottleneck isn't the model. It's the system around it.

of AI projects fail to deliver business value. The model is rarely the issue. The operating model is — the structural distance between a pilot that works in a lab and a rollout that compounds in a business.

Closing that distance is what the AI Portfolio is built for. Three new capabilities. One competence — data correlation. Two outcomes that show up in the numbers — and on the audit.

Why correlation, and why now.

Most enterprises don't have a model problem. They have a context problem. The model is fine; the data feeding it is fragmented across stacks, tools, and silos that were never built to talk to each other. So you pour more tokens at it, you get more hallucination, compute cycles burn on retries that don't improve the answer — and you still can't answer the auditor when they ask how a decision was made.

Correlation is what fixes that. Feed AI the right data, not more data. That's the prerequisite for everything else — and it's the competence OnStak has been building for more than a decade across the full IT stack.

Today, we launch the AI Portfolio with three capabilities, all built on that correlation expertise:

01
Active POC
AI Correlation Fabric The prerequisite for great AI

Feed the model the right data, not more data. Launching with AIOps as the first use case — typical token reduction of 15–20× per decision, faster performance, fewer hallucinations. We can demonstrate this live.

02
In Production
Video AI Analytics Correlation applied to the cameras enterprises already own

In production today across three industries: a US healthcare network with 250+ cameras seeing 75% fewer severe fall injuries; a US retail chain across 500+ branches cutting operational cost by 40% and improving efficiency by 30%; and a US manufacturer on a 24-camera estate driving 80% improvement in security & safety compliance.

03
Active POC
AI Assurance The Yes Layer

A wide set of capabilities — anchored on the AI Correlation Fabric, composed through our reference architecture, surfaced as one compliance and evidence trail. In active POC with a healthcare design partner.

Three capabilities. One competence — correlation — applied to three different domains. The rest is consequence.

The two outcomes that show up in the numbers.

When you get correlation right, two things happen — and you can see both on the same balance sheet.

15–20×
Lower AI Tax

AI Correlation Fabric feeds AI the right data instead of more data. Fewer tokens per decision, faster performance, less hallucination. That's the number that lets a CFO say yes to the next deployment instead of dragging the last one through another budget review.

Audit-ready
AI Assurance — the Yes Layer

Compliance evidence attached at runtime, not rebuilt for every audit. The answer is generated, the evidence is generated alongside it — the audit becomes a report instead of a project.

A lower AI tax on one side. Audit-grade compliance on the other. That's not a feature list — that's the operating model shifting.

The ground this is built on.

OnStak runs on the infrastructure customers already have — Cloud, Data Center, Edge. No rip-and-replace, no parallel infrastructure, no second bill. We deliver the outcomes you need in production, not another tool. The market doesn't need another platform asking enterprises to start over. It needs a partner who can compound value with every engagement.

We've earned the right to make that claim. 30+ enterprise AI deployments across Healthcare, Finance, Public Sector, Manufacturing, and Retail. 75% of our workforce are AI architects and certified engineers. This is the formalization of a discipline we've been practicing for years.

The personal piece.

I moved my family from Europe to the US for Cisco. I would do the same again for this role. That should tell you what I think is at stake here.

Cisco gave me a rare vantage point: I've seen technology adoption from both sides of the market, working with Service Providers who build IT services and enterprises who put them to work. The AI market is structured the same way. Having lived both sides is exactly why the gap is so obvious to me — and why OnStak is positioned to close it.

I'm here to make sure what we build is what the market needs, and that we say it straight. The AI Portfolio is the first proof of that. There will be more.

What's next. Stop experimenting. Start executing.

The AI Portfolio is live today. Every capability, every customer outcome, every integration — read it at onstak.com/ai-portfolio. Send it to whoever runs your AI program and ask them what's stopping them from getting there.

Cisco Live 2026
May 31 – June 4 · Las Vegas

Come to the booth. Bring the question your last AI rollout couldn't answer. We'll walk you through how correlation closes the distance — and what production looks like when AI is absorbed into the operating model instead of bolted onto it.

To the OnStak team — every engineer, architect, and customer success lead who built this through the late nights and the harder conversations — thank you. To our customers and partners who trusted us to ship it: this is for you.

See you out there.

Stop experimenting.
Start executing.

See every capability, every customer outcome, every integration — or register to see the AI Portfolio live.
